Package arrived on time, though one of the bags of stones was not sealed and upon opening package stones spilled to the floor. Sent email about the issue never received a response.

Immediately after receiving the package/order - I made several attempts to contact the vendor to request a return and refund via the link contained on ‘Shop’ site. I continued to reach out to this company but the email addresses were coming back invalid - I continue to search for ways to contact them - phone numbers listed were disconnected. I had to contact my credit card company - even called the phone number that was listed there - called that number left a message - and I still have not heard from this company - to return their plastic shower heads and receive a full refund. Now they give you 30 days to return for a full refund - and now into the second week - no response from them - no valid contact info - I’m not pleased with the shower head - it definitely wasn’t the same quality as the Stone Stream shower head and this lack of customer service is unacceptable -

Great shower head- feels like your in a real spa, just have to unscrew head once in awhile as stone fragments clog and spray gets a little wild but worth the 20 seconds of work

Great water pressure and has definitely made a difference with hair and skin since our water is so hard and full of contaminants. The only thing I would say is a negative is the tiny holes the water comes out of will bend (I think due to our hard water) and spray in a different direction, usually straight in my face lol but sometimes you can wipe them and they straighten back out.
