It was a gift to my daughter her old one fell and broke and I didn't know the shower head broke too. So now she has the hose without the head. She loved the first one and it was really helping her scalp and her hair was growing back. Merry Christmas to you all!! Wish I had the money to get her the head but single moms on disabilty can only afford so much!!

I LOVE the zen body products. I originally bought a shower hose and it broke on me while I was washing my dogs - I reported the problem to the company and they instantly offered me a replacement and I havnt had an issue . Their customer service is amazing. The shower hose is very long and flexible, along with their amazing shower head that I will never switch from!!
