I bought one of these several years ago and absolutely love it. Every time my mom visited she said how much she loved it! We bought her one for Christmas, she wasn’t sure if it would work since she has low water pressure but that didn’t affect the shower head at all, the pressure is great! 10/10 would definitely buy again!!

Horrible customer service! This is the second shower head I purchased, the first one was great. This one seems to be defective, the water sprays out all wonky in all different directions like the holes weren’t made correctly. I have sent many emails and can’t get anyone to respond. I definitely would no longer recommend this company to anyone!

I love this shower head! I did have to buy a newer one do to the old one getting stained from the stones. I couldn't remove the orange color from the stones. Not sure how that happen. I've changed them yearly and for the 3rd time changing them it had stained. BUT I still love the product!

Just like the original one this shower head is amazing. The original lasted me almost 2 years. Living with my mom now and her water pressure sucks but this makes it so much better. I have extremely low water pressure in my shower. This shower head shipped very quick. I had a small issue initially but they were quick to respond, super helpful, and sent a replacement part for the one that wasn’t working and now it’s perfect. Works exactly as advertised! Wonderful!

Overall I love the shower head, the struggle is with the stones little pieces get trapped not letting the water through like it should. I had to buy another shower head as my previous one after a 1 year broke the silver ring just broke out of no where. I tried to uncrew it and ended up cutting tree fingers. I didn't take pictures of the shower head or my cuts but I repurchase another shower head because I like how it functions but maybe the company should trying or consider to use other materials to avoid that? Idk.

Love this product!!! When I got it I was skeptical because it didn’t have much weight to it and seemed cheap then I used it and I swear I gasped at the pressure of the water. My shower head before barely gave me a trickle. If your questioning if you should do it or not, JUST DO IT!!!

The only complaint I have is it didn't come with directions for installation; I had to look at a TikTok video. Also, no where does it tell you how often to change the orange and black pebbles. I'm still looking for that answer! Other than that, this is awesome!
